It is now a year and a half since I began this journey. I have lost 103 pounds, reaching and actually surpassing by a couple of pounds my weight loss goal, and am maintaining. My monthly visits with Dr. Tumpati, as well as the positive reinforcement of his staff, really help to keep me on track. My new eating habits have become my new normal, and I accept that adhering to these guidelines regarding my food needs to be a permanent part of my health routine, just like brushing my teeth.
Living healthy and feeling good about the way I look are such great ways to start and go through my day that I can’t think of anything better. All my positives are enhanced and any negatives don’t seem as bad because at my center I am healthy, vibrant, energetic, and able to attract goodness.
