Why the formulation matters

B vitamins support normal cellular and neurologic functions, but more is not always better. Niacin can cause flushing and other effects; excessive pyridoxine exposure can injure nerves; folate can obscure hematologic signs of B12 deficiency while neurologic damage progresses.
